Categorize and filter using Tags

Use Tags to add next-level categorization and reporting filters to your formulas.

Adding Tags to New Formulas


  1. Click Create New to create a new product.

  2. Name your formula, add the Workspace, and type the name of any tag you'd like to apply to your product. For example: sales category, sales region, etc. You will see previously created tags as options, or you can type and click to create a new tag.

  3. Click Save New Formula.

Adding Tags to Existing Formulas


  1. Click into one of your products.

  2. Click Edit Formula Details.

  3. Add a tag by typing the name of any tag you'd like to apply to your product. For example: sales category, sales region, etc. You will see previously created tags as options, or you can type and click to create a new tag.

Filtering by Tags


Filter Products by Tags

  1. Click Products.

  2. Click Filters.

  3. Type to begin searching for a tag, and select the tag to filter for only products with this tag.

Filter Materials by Tags

  1. Click Materials.

  2. Click Filters.

  3. Type to begin searching for a tag, and select the tag to filter for only materials with this tag.

Filter Packaging by Tags

  1. Click Packaging.

  2. Click Filter by tag.

  3. Type to begin searching for a tag, and select the tag to filter for only packaging materials with this tag.

Filter Vendors by Tags

  1. Click Vendor.

  2. Click the Tags dropdown.

  3. Type to begin searching for a tag, and select the tag to filter for only vendors with this tag.
