From the home page, click on the “Planning” tab in the side navigation bar.

From here, you’ll see two options: “Ingredient” and “Formula.” Select Ingredient.

Type the name of any ingredient you’re considering for inclusion in your formula or want to explore the impact of.

When you’ve entered your first ingredient, you’ll immediately see its impact score with the default location and no sourcing standard applied.

Expand (+) the ingredient to first see additional Sourcing Standards, then again for all the Locations for that standard.

To zero-in on a specific standard or location, use the filter options above to limit the number of results that display below. The default result will always remain at the top of the list, acting as a “parent.”

If other ingredients in the database have been mapped to the same function as the ingredient you’ve entered, you’ll see a button for the easy addition of similar alternatives.

You will then see the impact of every ingredient that is functionally-similar, and you can filter or sort them the same way.
